Now under development on 25 acres overlooking the ocean, the intimate boutique hotel St. Regis Resort & Residence  - scheduled to open mid 2010 - features luxurious junior suites with approximately 750 square feet and one-bedroom resort residential units .  The Resort’s accommodations will have spectacular views from private open terraces of the sparking sea to the north or the mountainous El Yunque National Rainforest to the south.    All suites will be clustered in small, low rise plantation style buildings to harmonize the guest experience with the lush nature that has been preserved around them.   The accompanying St Regis Resort residential unit may or may not be part of a rental program.  The Resort was designed by world class architectural firm Hill Glazier.  All residences will include a kitchenette and will be fully furnished.  The Resort will feature beachfront pool facilities, a 120-seat restaurant operated by world famous Chef Jean-Georges, a Remède Spa and a St. Regis Restaurant located at the Bahía Village.
