Interlink Group, a pioneer in the development of resort communities in Puerto Rico, was founded in 1977 by Federico F. Sánchez-Febles, a protégé of the late Charles Fraser, the developer of the renowned Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island. Interlink Group, led by his son, Federico J. Sánchez-Ortíz, is the Development Manager for Bahia Beach. Both father and son are Governors of the Urban Land Foundation of the Urban Land Institute.
