The course is Jones’ first design project in Puerto Rico, where his father Robert Trent Jones, Sr. created the famous Dorado Beach courses 40 years ago. “She was the prima donna of the Caribbean but she retired,” said Jones, referring to his father’s Dorado Beach East course. “There’s a new prima donna now.”
