| Bahía Beach Resort & Golf Club is the first resort in Puerto Rico's history to be certified by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban
Development (HUD). After a lengthy period of
due diligence and scrutiny of every aspect of
Bahía Beach’s master planning documentation,
the agency determined that Bahía Beach meets
or exceeds HUD standards. In essence, HUD
certification means that what Bahía Beach tells
real estate prospects will indeed be built to the exact standards outlined in the
master plan. |

| Bahía Beach is a registered
member of the Audubon International Silver
Signature Program, working toward designation as a certified Silver Signature Sanctuary in the Fall. This means
that the community is taking significant steps
directed by Audubon International to protect
the native environment and minimize the
impact of development. |

| The perfect complement to Bahía Beach’s magnificent Robert Trent Jones II golf course is now under construction. Framed by lush native foliage, the 18th green, lakes and the sparking ocean, Bahía’s golf clubhouse will open in December 2008, according to General Manager Tim Blackford. To be managed by Troon Golf, the clubhouse will feature Bahía’s signature tropical plantation architecture, beautifully accented by exposed coral stone and woodwork. Inside, one will find the Bahía golf grill, an inviting bar and lounge, and a fully stocked golf shop. Members will have access to comfortable men’s and ladies’ lounges and locker rooms offering a variety of amenities and services. |
